My phone shows I have voicemails but when I try to access says no messages

@Blc18  If iPhone running ios17 the messages could be in Live Voicemail as @softech suggested. You can access them via the voicemail icon bottom right in the phone app.

All kidding aside, please make sure your phone's firmware/software is up to date.

@Blc18  that happened to me once. Very annoying.  I tricked it by leaving myself a message. Listen to it in full. Don't disconnect until the system says goodbye and hangs up on you. 

Sometimes reboot works. Turning on and off airplane mode.

Gotta play around with it.

@Blc18 are you using IPhone?? this is Live Voicemail feature on iPhone.  You can disable Live Voicemail to avoid confusion
