Pressing 1 doesn't work to access voicemail. Also can't access PM app

New subscriber as of last night.  only way to access voicemail is dialing my own number.  Second issue: can't access app.  I've restarted my phone several times

Try setting your voicemail access number manually.

You can set it to (your area code)-580-4001

long press 1 doesn't work.  what in the network settings would need to change?  I solved the app issue...turned off my VPN...that seemed to work

@Buddha7  Are you doing a long press on 1?  Have you tried resetting network settings?  For the app access, have you tried uninstalling the app and then re-installing it?  Can you access your account using a web browser?
