voicemail access pressing "1" doesnt work

Hi

my number ported over fine but when i press 1 to get voicemail it asks for voicemail number.

I googled and found Manitba numer and when i enter it the message is field cannot be updated.

ive read something in backend is required.  

please advise

Yes, you need to work your way through the only help where it gets to the point you are chatting with 1st level support, they put you through a few steps and then you get an email from 2nd level support and they do the work on the backend.  this is an anomaly as we moved my wife's phone over and her voicemail was set.

I am having this same issue.

I have read that PM needs to do something in the back end in order to get this to work.

Help?

hi @T0mcat 

click Reset Network settings on your phone and PM would push the Voicemail number down within could minutes, then try again

if still does not work, go to your Dialer app, click Settings, and look for voicemail number and manually update the number to 204-588-4001
