Hello!
So the whole family is on Public Mobile, works great for everyone except my mom's phone
- Option is set to NOT ask for PIN when retrieving messages directly from her phone
- Since several weeks it keep asking the PIN code despite the option is ON, and every 2-3 weeks it says the code isnt valid and we have to reset the code (she's old so it's complicated for her)
- Caller ID is enabled, so the voicemail system should see the number
- Number called to get voicemails is 1-581-580-4001
Any hint? Thank you!

Thank you for the suggestions, I'll try the long press 1 and see if a different number to get the voicemails resolve the problem (phone wipe done already). Maybe a Network reset in the SIM menu also worth a try.

Interesting problem. Not sure exact solution.
Here is the list of different numbers to access voicemail across the country:
Maybe try dialing another number to see if same result.
Maybe try a network reset of phone. Note: this will erase any saved Wifi passwords.

So i check my voicemail by pressing and hold #1 from my phone. It goes right in without asking for PIN.
Have you tried that? Once in there are options that will ask not to require a PIN each time.
