We sure could use some more information before you go to a CS Agent asking for help. For example,
Are you new to PM? Long term customer?
Have you tried restarting your phone?
Have you checked your account to confirm your bill is paid up?
You can check your account on the app on the phone or online or by dialing 611.
Are you able make calls?
I do know that sometimes recent updates can mess with settings on iPhones, have you tried to reset your Network Settings and reboot?

iPhone 11 is on PM's VoLTE whitelist and should work without issue
Try Reboot phone and Reset Network settings
if same, then submit a ticket with CS Agent using Chatbot here:

try Reboot the phone and Reset network settings
