My esim installation failed. I can no longer access my account because the validation code to login is being sent to the new number which does not work due to the esim install error. How do I fix this?

There is no email option for validation code, only text or voicemail (to the number that does not work)

If new customer, did you receive an email with a QR code for eSIM?
You could ask try to get 2FA email instead of text. Do you see "didn't receive code" link? Click on it and see if you get 2FA email instead.

Is that esim on your phone already? Check the Sim Manager, it could be there. if it is , just enable it and set as Primary
If you cannot find it, then ask PM to help
