UnRecieved calls and voicemail

Just learned over the past week my work has tried to call me three times and none of these calls were received by my phone, no call log and i got the voicemails but no notifications for them  theae issues are hurti g my livelyhood and impacting my ability to make an income

yes.  Some have this problem due to some changes with the network 

what phone do you have?  PM uses Telus and Bell Network.  Telus is in the process or realigning some 850 Mhz channel on its 3G network for other use.  People who have phones that is not whitelist on PM VoLTE list (some older phones) and  those do not have 1900Mhz (phones that are not designed primarily for North America) will have voice trouble.

So, depends on the phone you have, it might not be something that can be fixed unless you change phone, or if your phone has VoLTE, then you can move to Koodo or Telus

Depending on what phone you have, you may have call block on for unknown numbers. Meaning if a number isn't on your contact list, it may be blocked. Google how to check your phone to see if "Block Unknown Callers" has been set.
