Sadly there have been issues updating credit card information. No matter how much we try different things, never seems to work. I would suggest reaching out to a customer service agent to help you fix this.

Try using app and grant location permission. Some report it works that way (sometimes). Did you try using clean browser on computer and/or incognito mode?
