@Jag123 I see. OK as previously stated use thie link to message support and explain so that they can fix it. It will probably be a very lengthy back and forth process so make sure that you provide as much clear details as possible.

hi @Jag123 message support using the link in my earlier reply. Remember to tell them what happened in the last couple months and ask them for some compensation

I had paid the money for 3 months which is over now. sinnce the beginning, i have been trying to log in but I saw unsuccessful. I was given the number which was already exsisting. I tried to fix the problem by messages but it is never fixed. I thought it will be cancelled. itself when the three months time is over but now I found the money is taken for the next 3 months from my credit card. Pls advise me
.is there anything that i can do?

I have got no account. I could not create one because i do not get text message with 6 digit code. There are two phones on this number

you can click Didn't receive code and then click Send email
if that does not work , the just use this link to send agent the message, no code needed

hi @Jag123 you cam login MY account to change phone number
Go to My Account, the Profile , click the pencil to the right of the phone number and you can change yourself
if you cannot login, you cam message support for help

@Jag123 to change phone number, log into My Account. Click on Profile. Change phone number. Enter your city to see list of available numbers. You can keep refreshing until you see one you like then select it.
