Transfer phone number from Speakout to Public

I finished the process as instructed about 3 hours ago on the Public Mobile phone app.Outgoing calls is working fine with Public network but incoming calls always goes to mail box.Can anyone help?

I submitted PM with the IMEI which is obtained by *#06# with the Speakout SIM still active on the phone.
