Unlimited minutes but out of minutes

From the information presented so far in this thread, we have no idea of which plan the OP customer has (other than having unlimited minutes) or how long this person has been a customer.  Public Mobile has had several plans that the customer could have that do not include either unlimited outgoing calls or unlimited Canada-wide minutes.

common glitch here.  Try to reboot the phone first

if you are not putting the 1 in front of the 10 digits, try to put the 1

or if you have been using the 1 , try to drop the 1 and just make calls using the 10 digits
