@AngeloQ81  we are just customers like you here trying to help one another . The link I send you will help you to submit ticket with support (PM staff ) and they should reply to you with in the hour sometimes longer but after submitting ticket keep an eye on your community in box for their response or you can use this link to the community in box

The message that you sent to CS_Agent doesn't go to Handy1. Please note that Handy1 does not work for Public Mobile, nor does anyone who has replied in this thread.

@AngeloQ81  You have to log into your account and select the plan you want for the change plan page . And be sure to change plan for next renewal and not immediately or you lose money on your current cycle . But you can also ask support to help also

Yes I'm trying to upgrade my daughters plan as she's getting a small data. I want to have the plan that I'm currently using. $40 with 20gb of data.

you can change your plan from My Account yourself
