Is anybody else having technical issues today? (Dec 4, 2024) I tried to make a call but got a message saying all my minutes are used up. I have unlimited calling.

I've sent a message to CS_Agent via the email function. The chat bubble just brought up automated responses. I will do a re-boot now. Text and data are working.

@Janerrrrr And you phone is active not suspended ? Does text and data work ? Have you tried rebooting the phone or reset network settings ? Can you try SIM card in another phone ?
