Can't get into my account

Hi I can't get into my account anymore, it's like PM sees my account as a new account that needs to be created with a new sim card. Customer service please get in touch with me thanks.

sometimes the My Account and the login system unlinked for whatever reason.  But PM can help and you just need to put in a ticket.

You won't be able to open proper Chatbot ticket, so just message them
