Or somebody took over your account and changed password, etc.?

do you know the 4 digits pin? you can use *611 to pay

or you can buy a voucher from Shopper's drug mart and load the voucher using *611

And of course, you want to try login My Account still, did you try to use Incognito/Private/Secret mode?
