voucher payment

I do not wish to use credit card but always used voucher payment now when I dialed 611 to update the payment it stated unable to call and further more my access to my email option was also terminated

It is too late I lost my number the 3 month period ends Oct 2 and it was all with intent by public mobile Telus I could not use 611 or email account access for my voucher and the support team knew I could not verify account security but the real security issue comes from the management they lost a client form 2019 now I will make sure everyone knows to never touch telus

did you just lost the service?  if you are, you shouldn't lose access to My Account.   

or did you call the bank or credit card to reverse the Public Mobile charge?  I hope you didn't do that

or if you see some weird error when you login? if you do, post the screenshot and we can help

instead of calling *611, you can also use another phone to call 1.855.4PUBLIC and enter your phone number to load the voucher

For account access, if you are still uanble to access your account, please work with PM CS support.

YIKES… thats pretty harsh bud. If your account wasn’t Suspended for more than 90 days…. I’m sure Customer Support can make you whole.
