Unable to use my Can USA Mexico plan

I have a moto g stylus (2021) phone and I am the USA currently.. I have the Can USA Mexico plan but I cannot make a call anywhere... as soon as I dial the number the call ends

it's interesting that your calling now works. We've been told by PM that the 3g network in USA has been retired and we all need a VoLTE cellphone. Can you please confirm some info for us...where are you in USA ? Are your calls routing through AT&T, T-Mobile or someone else ? So...you can send and receive calls...correct ?

Most recent phones do not specifically have a roaming setting.  While a customer could have a specifcally selected, the option is not usually labelled as a roaming option.  Most phone do have a data romaing setting, but that setting has no effect on customer's ability to make or receive phone calls (which is what was being asked about).

Is your roaming off? You would need to enable it.

You will need to enable Roaming and enable VoLTE. Then manually connect to AT&T or T-Mobile or Verizon.

If your Moto Stylus is not 5G then connect to T-Mobile on 2G because it looks like it is not on the whitelist of phones that will work on VoLTE.

Did you connect to USA PM partners? You might need to connect manually, reboot and try again.
