Unable to use my Can USA Mexico plan

I have a moto g stylus (2021) phone and I am the USA currently.. I have the Can USA Mexico plan but I cannot make a call anywhere... as soon as I dial the number the call ends

I was able to fix it by changing a setting & using 3G instead of LTE
