I've subscribed to (and my credit card has been charged for) the Can/US/Mexico plan, but my PM app states that my services are suspended until payment is received. I don't want to pay twice!

I've been trying to do that for the last 2 days. I've yet to be contacted by an agent and it's seemingly impossible to chat with a non-bot.

Several other people have had the same problem. There's nothing you can do on your end except contact a customer agent. Good luck

Refresh the app and see what they message says. Is your phone working? Did you verify that your credit card was indeed charged?
