Unable to transfer current E-Sim to New Phone

Hello Public Mobile Team, 

I just purchased your $40 promo plan using the e-sim option and experiencing issues adding the line to my IPhone 12 Pro. When attempting to add the number using the QR code sent to my email, it keeps saying "eSIM Cannot Be Added - This code is no longer valid. Contact your network provider for more information". Tried to see if i can generate a new QR code through the online portal but keeps asking me to enter a one time code sent to the number registered which i do not have access. The portal does not give me an alternative authentication method other than a one-time code sent to the phone number.

Please advise on next steps in resolving this issue as i'm looking to add the line i've purchased onto my new phone at the earliest.

Appreciate your quick insight in resolving my concern. 

I've reached out to customer service with my issue and awaiting their response with a new code for activation.

Sorry to hear you’re having issues trying to add your e-sim to your phone. You will have to contact customer service and they will be able to re-issue you a new QR code.
