About a month in on a new phone, I'm being informed that I have an unregistered sim. I've gone through the IMEI check and it says the phone is clean. I've registered a question (ticket) wirh Public Mobi but am not getting a response. Looking for any other leads.

If you have sent in a ticket, go to your SENT folder and reply with that for an update. Advise them you've waited for a response and have not received one.
