When log in to my account to change my subscription, I am unable to choose the sale plan of $29/month for 30 GB 4G. It does not appear at all in my account as an option nor do some of the other sale pricing options.

Limited to new customers only, unfortunately. A lot of people said to talk to the agents, but I had no luck. Messaged them nicely multiple times throughout the week, and they all said their system won't let them change my plan since it's limited to new activations only. Classic Public Mobile.

You will not find that plan on your account as this is for new customers ONLY!

Unfortunately, the offer are for new members and not for existing members.

@Tris007 Yes that’s because it’s a new activation only plan . But ask support they have been able to help many get the very plan

The plan is for new activations only.
But you can check your luck with PM agent. please submit a ticket with CS Agent here:

Remember, that plan supposed to be for new activation, so agent has the right to decline your request, although some reported they got it.
