When will the loyalty reward issue be fixed? My reward is supposed to be $3 but it was stuck at $2. Now it says $0. I messaged 4 different moderators and they all started a ticket for me, and it still isn't resolved yet. They said it will take 10 day...

Community badges have been given out over 2 weeks ago, and my community reward still hasn't appeared in my account yet. I tried messaging a moderator and they said it would be fixed in 2-3 days. It's been over a week and still no update.
