I cant get passed this at all doesn't matter what I try.

try close all Browser and clear cache and cookies,
and try open one Browser inPrivate mode,
or try different Browser and open incognito mode,
and re-enter,
if still issue get in touch with Customer Support Agent (publicmobile.ca)

@Eddye - clear your browser's cache/cookies.
Or, open a tab in incognito mode then try that way.
Sometimes, just log out and try again in 1/2 hour.

What do you try to accomplish?
Add new credit card? Replace existing?
CC info has to be entered Exactly as it is on bank's file. Do not use space in postal code.

@Eddye Try a different browser or use Incognito mode
also, were you paying with Amount Due? Use the other option from the drop down: Other (enter the desired payment amount) and manually entered the plan amount and see if it works
