auto renewal payment

Hi im curious if anyone is having an issue with  the auto renewal.  My account today did not renew on its own.  I tried to do it manually through the app and it says that it's unable to process it at this time.  I  have tried several times and keep getting the same response.  Its not a problem with my credit card.   I have had no service all day.  thanks for the help.

@Handy1.  Thanks for your response, I will try  you suggestions in the  morning. I also sent a pm to CS.

@marsbar55  Try in the website then instead of app , but if you tried to many times you may need to wait full 24 hours before trying again and when you do try with new web browser using incognito mode / private mode or from another device like computer . 
also if your in a hurry you can buy payment vouchers from shoppers drug mart 7-1- / shell gas station and load the funds *611 to resume services right away and worry about CC updating later 

Update credit card info

In your my account go payment tab >manage subscription >manage payment method or use this link
