I can hear callers but people can't hear me intermittently

Hi 

So I have iPhone 12 Pro Max and I have tried blue tooth same problem I can hear people they cannot hear me but when using magic jack app no problem I took out the sim and put it back it resolved the problem temporarily but came back so it seems a network or sim problem should I reset the whole phone long process or change sim

Can you try someone else's SIM card in your phone and test to see if people can hear you?

Can you try your SIM in somebody's else phone to determine is it SIM or phone issue? Maybe your phone started losing contact with SIM as it worms up.

reset SIM, take out SIM, re-inserting SIM and power on,
try toggling airplane mode off/on,

try manually selecting network "3G only" or WCDMA only,
and Rebooting device..test it.
