Unable to logon My Account

Good afternoon, my wife is using Public as well with the number of ###-###-####. Since she forgets to update the credit card information in the beginning of this month, this month's payment does not go through, therefore, her account is locked, no calls and text message can be received for the EverSafe comfirmation code. This situation makes her unable to logon to My account to update credit card information for the payment. Please advise how my wife is able to logon to My account.

just click on the 3 dots on that message, click Edit Message and remove

Update:  it's ok now, An Oracle has removed it for you

@JackhuSh  Quickest way to resume service would be to get payment voucher and load it *611  and worry about card update afterwards . Trying agin incognito or private mode or even from another device . Can try the app also instead but if same submit ticket with support 

send a  private message   To CS_Agents

@JackhuSh  - did you try the forgot password option?  Also, you should remove your phone number from the post, since this is a public forum.

@JackhuSh I strongly suggest you remove your phone number asap in your post due to security reasons. Someone can take your number, and well....

on the security code , click 'Didn't receive code" and check if email is an option to get the code.  If you can loign, you can make a payment there

if not, submit ticket with CS agent and they can help,   please submit a ticket with CS Agent here:

or buy voucher from Shoppers drug mart and load voucher using *611
