HI @NoPublic 

reboot the phone once and test calls again

and try calling *611 once more and check if the account is active or maybe the fund still in Available funds and not being used

@NoPublic  note some vouchers take 24 hours after purchase to use but you can 

send a  private message   To CS_Agents
