Unable to install App

I just move into Canada from mexico and I have some subscriptions still running even that I cancelled them, I can't change the region because of the subscriptions and I really need to set up the e-sim ASAP, is there any way that I can download the app?

All you have to do is create a new Canadian app store account and use that to install it. You can then switch between the Mexico and Canada accounts when needed.

The app is necessary to get activated @Carlos_Correa 

If your device cannot do it through the App store or the Google Play store, perhaps ask someone else to download the app, then use it for the activation, then after you're all set up, they can uninstall the app from their device and you can log into self-serve via the website.

@Carlos_Correa  Can you use attends phone to download the app to activate ? Then delete from their phone , from there you can manage your account on the website

sorry, only phone links to Canadian app store can download the app.  Your only choice is to ask a friend to download it and run through the activation process.  But be careful, at the installation esim step, make sure you friend stop it or the esim would install on his phone.  You can then scan the QR code from the welcome email and install the esim that way
