While trying to activate my new SIM using Public Mobile app, it asked if I would choose to Transfer number or Choose New Available Numbers. When I chose Transfer, it said my Koodo number isn't valid Canadian mobile number. Then when I click Need Help, it leads me to sign in to my Public account but then the Telus air widget browser link hangs. Nothing happens after this.

There's no such thing a s PC Mobile postpaid customer. All remaining postpaid PC Mobile customers became Koodo customers.

@chyhui Koodo number can trasnfer in to PM for sure as they both owned by Telus
do you have a Koodo Prepaid plan? if so, you have to activate with a new number first. Once activation completed and you can make calls and recieve calls, then you will need to open ticket with PM support for a manual porting request.
