Purchased a new sim card via the Public Mobile app, and want to switch over to it. When I enter the new sim number it provides an error of not a valid sim number.
The sim card I was sent looks like it's a Koodo Sim card, does this matter since Public Mobile and Koodo are owned by the same company?

let gogle be your friend...do a search for nearest Mobile Klinik...they have the PM sims for sale too. If there's one near you, go buy it then message Customer Support to credit your account for their error.

Thank you for the help @Sansan & @hTideGnow, just sent customer service a message using the link you provided. The redirect to customer service ticket using the chat bot didn't work for me.

Unfortunately you have to get the public mobile Sim. Error on their end. They do use the same service, but they are 2 separate entity. So send an email to the link below and let them know so they can send you the proper one for PM.

HI @PublicMike1
it does matter!!
Koodo sim cannot be used to activate PM services. Post us a picture and we can confirm
but look like you need to buy a new one
