@softech That seems to be it. I am on a 90 day plan. I guess the app will give the error if the last renewal was more than a month ago. Thanks.

i just tried and it works for me on one month two
I tested on another account, it didn't show on one month and only show after I changed to 3 months. But you know what? That is a on a 90 days plan 🙂 So, is yours a 30 days or 90 days plan?

Seems to be some kind of glitch. I can see the payment history if I change the filter to 3 months or if I check from the website.

i can access via app and My Account without problem
Try to logout your app and log back in
Or try uninstall and reinstall
