I purchased the add-on, the payment was received by Public Mobile, but it is not working.

@Henry123 if you are rebuyng the exact same raomin addon you need to wait full 24 hours after the first set expired, or it won't work.
Maybe open ticket with PM support to confirm the purchsse went through successfully or PM can sort it out if there was issue

Montreal, in States now, just talk and text. Second 10 day plan, the firsr worked ok

According to Public Mobile:
PM will have T-mobile 2G network for US roaming.
Voice and SMS text will still work.
Data will work on LTE, but will switch over to 2G to make a call.
However, the quality of service will vary depending on the different coverage areas when roaming in the USA.

which city and province you are at??
try reboot the phone once and manually select TMobile.

Make sure to manually select T-Mobile only.
