Hi,
I'm trying to reconnect my old Public Mobile SIM. My account is no longer accessible. What do I do?

Sounds like it is over 90 days, I would second the Canadian Cell Supplies option to activate a new plan/number

HI @MelM86 Account no longer accessible? Sound like account was closed already
Sorry, old sim cannot be used again. Get a new SIM from store, take advantage of the 2GB promo now and start new.

@MelM86 Sorry, deactivated SIMs cannot be reused if your account wasn't paid within the 90 days of last due date. You'll need to purchase a new SIM from a retailer or Canadian Cell Supplies usually have them under $5.

@MelM86 was the account suspended for over 90 days?
If suspended for more than 90 days, the account would have closed permanently and the phone number is gone, the old SIM card would no longer be useful. In this case, you need to get a new SIM card and activate as a new account and pick a new phone number.
If it is still within 90 days, then you can open a ticket with PM Support to get the logon credentials reset:
