which area you are at?
You tried reboot the phone?
did you try to put your SIM in another phone?
did you just join and have problem? or it was working with your PM SIM before?

More info please...have you recently ported from a previous cell provider ?

Try rebooting phone, resetting network settings, reinstalling SIM card.
Also clear the cache on the messaging app.
