I lost my phone. It now asking me to verify my phone account with a verification code texted to my phone. I dont have the phone so i do not get a code. What can i do? I started a new account with a new phone, so i am good there. Now i just want to cancel my old phone. How do i cancel it if i dont get access to the text code?

unfortunately, there is no option to verify for email as the text verification is the second stage after I have already verified via email code. I have opened a Private Message to an agent and hope they can help, as you suggest. TY.

The issue is that it prompts you for the email verifiction, then once that is verified, it prompts for the text verification code. so it wants both codes and doesnt have a button or option for anything else. thank you for your advice.

did you try click Didn't receive code at the verification step?, it will then give you the Send email option

if that does not work, then you will have to ask support agent to help.    you can submit  ticket by direct message:

@theform  Can try and gap “didn’t get code “ and you might get option to send code to email instead of not get support to report phone lost/ stolen for you until you get new phone / SIM card

adding once you have new phone and SIM card support can sim swap the number for you and you will keep same phone number and plan @theform
