Hi, I've been trying to buy a subscription plan and I have made an account. When I go to pay, it will say that it goes through but then there is something wrong with my account. When I try to complete activation and enter my email, they will send a code to my email in which I would input it but it would somehow be incorrect. I've tried multiple times with multiple codes being sent, but they all seem to come out to be incorrect. I also do not know if I have paid multiple times as it would say it goes through but only that something is wrong with my account.

@NR5 Are you using the Public Mobile app? You need to use the app to complete the activation.
