The $50 Canada-US plan shows up on the website, and chat tells me it's valid, but when I get further into the sign up it either tells me it's invalid or it switches to $65. The mobile app doesn't show the $50 plan, only $65. I'm in BC and I'm setting BC on the website and app. I've tried multiple browsers and incognito. Chat told me to send a private message to customer support, which I've done.
Anyone have any suggestions?

I see the $50 plan on the website but not in the app. As will13am said, customer service will sort it out.

@AndrewMcKinlay , I am seeing the plan available for selection in my online account. If support will help with the plan change, let them take care of it.
