Please cancel my account and refund … the credit I gave you guys cannot be used for billing and I want to pay with my bank account instead

there is no option to pay via bank account. But you can put your Visa Debit or MC Debit as the payment method
also, you can use Voucher instead if you want. Get a voucher from SDM/711/London Drug/Shell and load the voucher using *611
If you want to cancel the account instead, you can do so yourself:
To "cancel" the plan, you can either port out your number to another provider and your account will be closed upon successful port out of the number
Or you can disable the toggle "Subscribed" to disable Pre-Authorized payment instead. Once it is disabled, PM will not be able to renew your account on your next renewal , your account will then be suspended on that day and 90 more days, it will be closed
To disable Pre-Authorized payments (Turn off Subscribed) , you can do it by one of the following:

Sorry, but under usual circumstances, there are no refunds. If your credit card hasn't been accepted, it shoudln't have been charged. As for using your bank card to pay, that only works if it has a Visa or Mastercard logo on it (not all do).

To cancel account - stop paying your bill or transfer number to another provider.
You can even report phone lost/stolen and after 90 days of no pay account will be closed.
Any money on your account Can be used to pay the bill. If it is something else you can talk to agent trough ticket or by email.
PM being pre-paid service usually does not refund funds but it does not hurt to try.
