- Hi I transfered my number to Public mobile from Freedom mobile but calls and data does not seem to work. I've tried everything but no progress. It's only been 12 hours or so since I purchased the plan. Could I get a refund for this and also close my account? Thanks.

Is your freedom mobile telephone number still working? If not, you need to be careful not to cancel the PM plan and inadvertently cancel your telephone number.

what did you try? it might be a setup problem PM support agent can fix. Message them to get them to try to fix or ask them for refund if they can't. You can submit ticket by direct message:
