when use home wifii to sign in public mobile account it works fine. Login with my public mobile cellular data this what I see on my screen
Can anyone help me resolve this issue plz

you only see the problem when you try to login My Account?
can you use mobile data to access other sites?
and did you try using PM app?
if you are logging in using browser, try download another browser and try that as well

@P1311 you have mobile data turned on? Might need to check your APN settings.
Are you able to make and receive calls? Account all paid up? You can call 611 from phone or 1855 4public from another phone to see if your account is active.
Also if you have physical SIM card, try it on another phone to see if it works.
