but first of all, you ported your number into PM and you are certain you can receive incoming calls?
and you are using Android or iPhone?
try to reboot the phone once more. Then try Reset Network Settings and see if it helps
if you are using Android, clear the messaging app cache.
if you are on iPhone, make sure you have the latest iOS and the Carrier Profile is updated
