my cellphone doesn t support the public mobile app as it is tied to a world region where Public Mobile app is not available. is there any other way to activate de sim card?

@TiagoENC You can try and change the location on the App Store . Or if you have another frend with phone that can download the app to help you activate . Then delete app from there phone . From there you can manage your account on the website instead

Yes, you need to have a Canadian app store to download PM app
but sound like you already pay and subscribe using the web site? Then you did half the activation, and this is a point where support agent can help as you cannot install the app. Please simply message agent here
