You should never post your personal info in any forum as anybody can see that info...including the not-so-honourable. You should edit it out asap. Did you reply YES from old network when you requested the port ? Did you remove old sim and install new sim ? Are you using esim or hard sim ? Have you tried restarting your cellphone ?

try your sim card on another phone to test. Ask PM to help if needed.

@Greathave you tried rebooting your phone after the number porting completed? Also to confirm, did you respond YES within 90 minutes of receiving a confirmation text from your old provider?
