My account is no longer receiving notifications from public mobile texted to my device (eg texts notifying me of data usage etc). I am unable to submit a ticket (repeating 404 error) or to contact @CS_Agent (as prompted by the chat bot as @CS_Agent is not recognized as a user in the link I am auto-directed to by the bot). Please advise as to how one re-subscribes to text notifications. Thanks!

@Birder1 pm stopped sending those payment reminder text back in April of this year , but to contact support you can use this direct link to message them .
