hi @M_NG it could be an MMS you are getting. Turn on Mobile data 

if same, clear cache and reboot phone and try again with Mobile data on

Try rebooting your phone. If that doesn't work, try going into your network settings and reset your network settings and reboot. If you have an iPhone, check the APN settings to make sure they match. Also, try your SIM card in a different phone.

Can you call? Does data works. If all Yes then SMS should work as they use same cell network.
