My account is no longer receiving notifications from public mobile texted to my device (eg texts notifying me of data usage etc). I am unable to submit a ticket (repeating 404 error) or to contact @CS_Agent (as prompted by the chat bot as @CS_Agent is not recognized as a user in the link I am auto-directed to by the bot). Please advise as to how one re-subscribes to text notifications. Thanks!

No use in tagging a CS_Agent because they are rarely on this Public Community Forum.

no use contacting PM about this as they no longer send out courtesy reminder texts as they have in the past.

@Birder1 pm stopped sending those payment reminder text back in April of this year , but to contact support you can use this direct link to message them .

and if you need agent help, submit ticket with message

Unfortunately Public Mobile is not sending those texts anymore. You can reach a agent with this link
