Contrary to popular belief, the usage history page includes NO information to indicate whether any particular call consumed minutes from your plan or not. For example, incoming calls that are unanswered and go to voicemail appear like outgoing calls to the voicemail deposit number and do not consume minutes, and outgoing calls to toll-free numbers (ie. area code 800, 888, 877, 866, 855, 844, 833) do not consume minutes either.
The only way to reliably test if a call did or didn't consume minutes from the 100 minutes is to login to the self-serve portal and refresh your usage immediately before and after a call.

@LAGF you sure those calls got counted?? they will show up on your usage history but not necessary means they are counted.
Test it out once more. Check the usage on My Account using Incognito mode first. Waor a minute. Call yourself
Them login My Account again using Incognito mode
if you confirmed they are counted, no worry? we seen that before but PM. suppoet was able to fix it. You just need to open ticket with them

only outgoing calls should be debited from your 100minutes...assuming you're enrolled in the $15 plan.
Use a laptop and try this to get a clear visual of your remaining minutes...
