I've submitted two tickets to customer service during the past week and received no response on how I change my email address on my account. I'm losing access to that email address this week and so far have been unsuccessful reaching anyone at Public Mobile. Anyone have any ideas???

When you change email, use one that you cannot lose access (gMail, Yahoo, Hotmail, etc). I never use internet provider, nor company email that at some point I could lose and don't understand why anybody use them.

I posted the question too soon....I see there was a response to my ticket that I hadn't noticed.

@PatCarr did you try reset password option there? Try to reset password and see if it works
if not, you will have to open another ticket with PM support and ask them to sort that out
I guess you know the ways to open ticket?
