Hello,
I cancelled my subscription, but was still charged for another cycle. Is there anything I can do?
How do I cancel my plan for the future?

HOW did you cancel your subscription???? There is no known method to go into account and 'cancel' subscription.
Only ways (know to me) are:
- Remove autopay. After 90 days of no pay account will be closed, number lost.
- Ask agent to remove your credit card from your account. On a billing day account will be suspended due to no pay and closed after 90 days due to no pay.
- Transfer your number to another provider. Account will be immediately closed.
- Declare your phone lost/stolen. Account will be suspended and closed after 90 days of no pay.

Good Morning @CT0
As per @mojorising , follow those instructions to turn off auto payments. I would also reach out to a CS Agent to request a refund. But also ask to have the credit card removed from file.

Log into "My Account" and select "payments", click on "change subscription" and turn off subscription/auto pay. Please note, the account closes after 90 days of no payment and you will also lose your number if you don't port out. Porting out also cancels the account.
